Did you know that our appetites have just as much influence on our choices in travel as our hearts and minds?
Join the industry community as PATA presents the people, campaigns, and epicurean delights that influence visitors to select our islands. You’ll learn about the 5-star events that persuade people to fly for amazing meals; how our unique food offerings make us a dining destination; and, how future restaurateurs are being developed right here at home at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific. Currently, the Hawaii Tourism Authority is running campaigns in North America that showcase local chefs and the ohana spirit that makes coming together at the dining table important for kamaaina and visitors alike. We’ll feature the highlights of that campaign. We all have to eat, so join us for lunch and learn how that same concept can be used to drive business and create memorable meals and experiences for your guests.
